in the World FIPSE Grant awarded to a consortium
of five colleges including
Kean University. The grant originated through SUNY Farmingdale; Beverly Kahn, Project Director.


The RAM Program
The Research Aligned Mentorship (RAM) is an prestigious program funded by a major grant awarded to Kean University by the United States Department of Education. Each academic year, 100 new Kean students are selected for membership in this program.

Regardless of major, the RAM Program provides extra benefits and rewards that enhance learning and give its RAM scholars opportunities not generally available.

Dr. Farahi's 4.0 Challenge​
Any RAM scholar achieving a 4.0 for the Spring semester
will receive $100 in Kean Bucks.
Kean Bucks can be used at the Kean University Bookstore and Union Campus food
outlets, including Starbucks and the Cougars' Den.
